$55.24 p/h ex super
APS 6 rate:
$60.26 p/h ex super
About the roles:
The APS 5 Project Officer will assist in project management and coordination activities, monitoring and reviewing program and project activities against plans and will contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules in accordance with project management frameworks.
The APS 6 Project Officer will develop and manage project plans and schedules in accordance with project management frameworks, providing specialist advice and technical expertise to staff and stakeholders.
APS 5 Duties:
Contributing to regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation for review.
Assisting with monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contract management.
Assisting with the identification and management of project risks, issues and benefits.
APS 6 Duties:
Coordinating regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
Preparing written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.

Required experience/skills:
Ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, drive decision making, and manage conflicting or challenging situations.
Ability to prioritise, plan, allocate and action work.
Strong administration skills, including tracking and delivering reports.
Desirable experience/skills:
Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms
Experience in the use of Jira and Confluence
