About the role:  

The Platform Services Coordination Directorate offers crucial assistance and advice to the client on an ongoing basis, empowering its directorates and stakeholders. This enables the business area to efficiently maintain and provide cutting-edge scheme platforms to the Agency, benefiting our participants, staff, providers, and partners.

Duties

• Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of project meetings and workshops involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for forums and meetings, oversee schedule and action item tracking, and maintain logs.
• Ensure precise project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and reports, to monitor progress and aid decision-making.
• Support resource management, including welcoming new team members, procuring equipment, and preparing materials. Ensure adherence to formal offboarding procedures.

Required experience/skills

• Have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Show experience in hands-on resource and budget management.
• Display well-developed communication skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable experience skills

• Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
• Show competency in Confluence & SharePoint.
• Open to uplifting skills and adapting to new ways of working and tools.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
