Position Details
Position overview
Reporting to the Executive Director Digital and Data, the primary responsibility of the Platform Sservices Lead is to provide thought leadership and expert guidance regarding the VBA consolidated regulatory system based on Salesforce, functional opportunities and roadmaps, development sequencing and risk, operational management and tuning.
The role will be required to prepare documentation such as Business Cases, functional roadmaps, data quality reviews, platform security reviews, prioritisation of work with system custodians, negotiating with vendors and supply chain, and showcasing contemporary use of modern CRM and middleware platforms.
Working closely with other Digital and Data team members such as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Portfolio Officer (CPO) to lead business process and systems improvement, whilst handling changing and multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience delivering Functional Design and Business Analysis, leading business process thinking and defining business solutions, and working in complex digital change programs
- Proven high-level experience in the full lifecycle of core transactional systems supporting regulatory functions, customer interactions, data concepts, feature backlogs, streamlining and automation of business processes.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and detailed documentation and other communication in technical and non-technical language.
