Are you a high performing individual with project/program support experience that has a passion for improving workforce wellbeing?
As a member of the Mental Health & Wellbeing (MH&W) Program Management Office (PMO), you will contribute to the design, delivery and implementation of MH&W programs.
There are four positions:
Strategic Development Officer who will support:
- The development of standardised program/project processes, templates/tools;
- The development and design of program and project plans for the Defence and Veteran MH&W Strategy (action plans), Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide (RCDVS) recommendations and other MH&W projects.
- The delivery and coordination of MH&W programs, reporting on program/project progression to the Director PMO.
- Providing Secretariat and coordination functions for the MH&W Program Board
The Mental Health and Wellbeing (MH&W) Branch was recently established and is the principal lead to align MH&W programs, policies and services across the Defence Enterprise, and acts as the catalyst for change to achieve improvements in workforce wellbeing.
The Branch is situated within the People Strategy Organisation and comprises of an inter-disciplinary team focused on improving the MH&W of the Defence and Veteran community.
The MH&W PMO is responsible for directing, leading and reporting on MH&W program progression and reform and prioritising and sequencing MH&W programs in consultation with the Services (Army, Navy and Air Force), other Defence Groups and the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide (RCDVS) Taskforce PMO.
