This global property portfolio comprises over 1,000 owned and leased properties in 108 locations across five continents. The overseas owned estate was valued at $3.1 billion at 30 June 2023.?? Multiple positions are available in the Strategy and Property Services Branch, which is responsible for the delivery of OPO’s strategic property planning, including asset management; business case development for capital works; leased estate management to maximise value-for-money outcomes; and formulation and execution of strategies to increase efficiencies in the management of the property portfolio. As a Property Officer you will play a critical role in supporting the management and operations of the international property portfolio.
