ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This role will be responsible for shaping and executing APS region data analytics strategy, providing leadership teams with relevant timely actionable insights aligned with global priorities. It will also foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making at all levels of the organisation, by developing a team of insights, data visualisation, governance and reporting professionals.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Executing a comprehensive Workforce Intelligence strategy to attract, develop and retain CCEP talent.
- Promote data driven decision making culture through cross-country P&C BP teams, operations, ID&E, talent and learning teams and business leadership engagements and measure impact.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to APS and global executive leadership, with actionable insights aligned with business challenges, opportunities and aligned priorities.
- Keep up with innovations in emerging technologies in people analytics such as generative AI, conversational self-service, nudging and personalization of user experience.
- Hire, lead, develop and coach an international team of professionals in data quality, data governance, insights and reporting, to ensure they maximise their individual potential and team performance.
- Collaborate with peers in global Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to drive alignment and common data governance principles.
- Continuously assess the efficiency of the service provided to P&C and business, driving the overall increase of automation through cross-training, technology and AI.
- Review and submit external reporting such as ESG, audits, SOX compliance and local commitments.

- Working with and influencing senior stakeholders in P&C, BPT and wider business.
- Driving strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives through data insights.
- Strong understanding of relevant data protection and privacy regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of people analytics and data management.
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and Data tech (Power BI, Alteryx, Figma)
- HR acumen, ability to measure business outcomes of analytics initiatives.
- Cultural awareness for effective communication.
- Adaptability, resilience - adjusting strategies and priorities as business needs evolve.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
