As an APS4 Complaints Officer you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex cases.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving complaints at first point of contact
- Assessing, recording and investigating enquiries
- Contacting stakeholders to gather more information to support an argument
- Escalating complaints to the relevant SME
- Ensuring thorough record keeping and notes
- Strong communication skills
- Time management
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience in a complaints or contact centre position
- Government experience (highly desirable)
