About the role:
Duties for the APS4 Project Officer will include:
Supporting the development and management of project plans and schedules in line with project management framework and timelines
Providing administration support and process advice to the project team as required
Research and analysis on relevant project activities
Project updates and reports
Drafting project documentation
Monitoring project budgets, costs and payments
Stakeholder engagement at all levels
About you:
You will ideally have previous experience working in a project or program environment
You will have high attention to detail
You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written
You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-changing project environment
Benefits:
Temporary assignment until September 2024 (18 months)
Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Fantastic location in Geelong
$42.54 per hour + super
