Job Description
We are currently seeking Enabling Services & HR Officers at the APS 4, 5, or 6 levels to join the Enabling Services branch in Canberra. This branch oversees critical functions such as HR practices, Financial and Procurement services, Agency security, Agency property, Risk management, Fraud prevention, Integrity, Records Management, and IT contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to HR practices, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assist in Financial and Procurement services to support the organisation's operational needs.
- Play a role in maintaining Agency security and property management, including lease coordination.
- Collaborate on Risk, Fraud, Integrity, Records Management, and IT contract management functions.
- Opportunities to work across HR, Security Clearance Vetting, and/or Property functions based on skills and interests.
- Previous relevant APS experience is essential.
- Minimum Baseline security clearance is required.
- Ability to work from the Canberra office.
