About the Role:
The APS5 Capability Partner Facilitator is responsible for providing policy advice and assisting to deliver training in support of the Performance Management and Quality Branch. The branch influences a high-quality end to end participant experience through delivery of Continuous Improvement (CI), a Quality Management Framework (QMF) and Performance Management activities.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Deliver learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends
- Maintain technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology, and contributing to the development or continuous improvement of learning projects
- Provide insight from experience and best practice and advising the development of the learning framework to ensure consistent Agency curriculum for frontline staff
- Contribute knowledge, skills and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning programs
- Resolve enquiries relating to learning programs and activities
- Develop and maintain professional knowledge of current approaches to Scheme operations, reporting on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs, and providing insights for continuous improvement
- Implement a variety of communication activities through a range of platforms to diverse audiences and contributing as a presenter or a member to different forums and networks
- Update and maintain the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ideally looking for someone with experience in facilitation, specifically onboarding/inductions who can hit the ground running for a large facilitation project.
- Experience in LMS administrating and involvement in administering training will be highly regarded, as will Government experience
- Strong and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work within and across teams and adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritise and allocate tasks in an efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
