Requirements:
- Australian Citizen
- Willing to undergo Police Check
- Eligibility to obtain Baseline Clearance
- Lead compliance monitoring and investigations to prevent and mitigate fraud for the organisation.
- Use investigative powers to gather evidence and provide comprehensive briefings, recommending administrative and court-based actions against fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with government agencies and Task force partners, sharing information to address quality and safeguarding risks related to fraud and misuse of funds.
- Oversee and assess the impact of regulatory actions, emphasising large-scale disruption activities to combat fraudulent practices.
- Engage across the organisation, deploying cross-functional strategies to comprehensively address compliance issues.
- Contribute to capability building, developing educational initiatives for fraud prevention and awareness.
- Lead a small team, ensuring efficient work processes to achieve fraud prevention and compliance monitoring goals.
- Flexibly fulfil other duties as required to support the organization's efforts in combating fraud and ensuring fund integrity.
