About the Team The Service Guidance and Practice Branch is responsible for presenting Agency policy, improvements and system enhancements in clear operational guidelines to support the Agency's front line (National Delivery). This guidance enables front line staff to make consistent decisions and participants to have choice and control over their lives.
The branch also develops content for participants and external stakeholders to support Our Guidelines, including letters, forms, factsheets and guides to what the Agency does and does not fund. About the Role
