Key Responsibilities:

• Researching, drafting, and updating internal and external guidance materials with a participant focus.
• Interpreting policy and legislative frameworks to inform guidance development.
• Responding to participant and stakeholder feedback to enhance guidance materials.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of knowledge resources supporting service delivery priorities.

Key Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in plain English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude towards people with disability and understanding of disability impacts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
