The Travel Officer responsibilities will include:
Provide travel policy advice and technical expertise based on Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) and department policies and legislation on domestic travel, international travel, and travel acquittals.
Provide high level advice from the Travel Policy and the Travel Regulation manual to travellers.
Preparation of travel data for monthly reports and other ad hoc reports as requested.
Develop and regularly review work instructions for travel processes and procedures.
