Additionally, you will be a key member of the team in managing the online eRecruit system, guaranteeing data accuracy and streamlining the production of recruitment reports.

The RoleAs the HR Advisor, Recruitment, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Coordinating recruitment and secondment activities, ensuring high standards of professionalism and compliance
- Managing the online eRecruit system, maintaining data accuracy and facilitating the production of recruitment reports
- Contributing significantly to process improvement, policy, and strategy development initiatives
- Providing expert advice and training to colleagues to support the implementation of best practices
- Provide high-quality advice and services to stakeholders on a range of Recruitment related queries

With excellent communication skills, you will effortlessly foster and maintain productive working relationships both internally and externally. You are an innovative thinker, capable of identifying and implementing improved recruitment processes and workflows that embrace cutting-edge HR practices. You are results-driven, and your expertise shines through in managing complex personnel cases with sensitivity and finesse.
Experience providing back-end user support in, and reporting from, an online recruitment solution, preferably Acendre’s eRecruit will be highly regarded.
Salary / Rate- $82k – $100k + Super
- 12 -month non on going with view to permanency
- Current security clearance preferred or ability to obtain one
