Currently seeking a Case Manager to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.About the roleAs a Case Manager, you will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning,
program and project management, and policy development that support the Agency's objectives. In addition, your key duties are as follow:
- Undertake end to end Case Management activities
- Resolve matters through Case Management of AAT applications
- Analyze complex AAT matters to develop options for early
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT
- Previous experience in a Case Management role involving risk and vulnerable participants
- Strong experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution
- Excellent decision making skills and the ability to justify decision based on evidence
- Ability to engage easily with a diverse range of people
- Ability to achieve individual and team goals and targets
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and manage competing priorities.
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- $60.26 per hour + super
- Immediate start pending clearances
