On offer is a fantastic opportunity within the Federal Government supporting Aged Care Services. You will work by assessing complaints and liaising with multiple stakeholders and participants to resolve matters timely and accurately.

Position Duties:
- Manage calls and correspondence in regards to complaints
- Prepare documentation and reports
- Maintain database software, including evidence supporting the decision-making process and justifications of conclusions reached during the case management process.
- Collaborate multiple stakeholders and teams to contribute to resolutions, options and outcomes
- Effectively organise and manage a high volume of personal cases covering a diverse range of complex issues.
About you:
- Good judgement for assessing risk and associated decision-making
- Strong analytic & problem skills
- Strong knowledge of policies and guidelines
- Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances.
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Experience preparing documents for case management meetings
- Experience Assessing and responding to risks
- Experience in aged care or clinical experience is highly desirable
Applicants MUST:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a valid NPC (National Police Clearance) within the last 6 months
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 (includes two COVID-19 vaccinations and one COVID-19 booster
- Be up to date with Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
