Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our clients dynamic Experience Design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing current and future digital products within the organisation. You'll collaborate closely with product and business owners to gather user requirements and design intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with product and business owners.
• Conduct engagement activities with stakeholders to co-design project requirements and outcomes.
• Illustrate concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design both low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web platforms.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Capture and analyze data-related requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
• Obtain stakeholder agreement and formal sign-off on requirements.
• Influence project documentation to support UI/UX requirements definition.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements using various techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
• Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with innovative approaches to accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development.
