UI UX Designer – Health

Our client is an established, purpose-driven healthcare institution uplifting their web interfaces to enhance the user experience for patients and staff.

As a UI UX Designer, you will utilise Figma to design and implement web and application interfaces that uplift appeal and usability. Working closely with the technical team, you will gather feedback to continuously improve journey maps and user processes. This is an on-going full-time opportunity in the inner city with hybrid arrangements for work/life flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement modern, usable interfaces
• Conduct regular user testing, gathering and responding to feedback/preferences

Key skills needed:

• Experience developing UX and UI designs in Figma
• Knowledge of user research and satisfaction assessment
• Expertise using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms and analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics
