Your new role
As a content developer, you will be part of a team that is working on a large project to develop an ICT business case. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging and informative content for the website, which is the main online channel for the institute. You will work closely with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and user-friendly. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of content governance processes and standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated website content development and publishing skills, with experience of using GovCMS or other content management systems
- Experience of drafting, reviewing, and editing documents that capture the publishing process
- Ability to provide administration support to the content publishing team, such as mailbox management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills, including sound judgement and the ability to interpret data, reports, and other information
- Knowledge of HTML and web accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.1
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications in project management or web content development
