We are currently seeking for an Assistant Accountant / Admin. Our client is Leadership in a national food company in Perth NOR offering a 6-month contract with potential to extension depending on performance.
Assistant Accountant/Administrator
- Duration – 6 months contract +
- Competitive salary
- Location: Perth NOR
- Working schedule – 8 am to 4pm in office. No Work from Home
- Start date – Flexible.
- Accounting package experience – Oracle JD Edwards (but not essential)
- Free Parking available on site
Responsible:
They will be working to support team and focus would be managing mailbox, processing credit claims and taking credit card payments + any ad hoc requests.
Administration Support
Purchasing (as required)
Issue purchase orders in accordance with company standards
Review and approve purchasing documents for use
· Check costs against supplier quotes
· Processing credit claims and taking credit card payments.
Contract Review
- Reviewing quotes against clients purchase order to ensure alignment.
- Job registration and maintenance
- Maintaining documents files
- Provide additional administrative support as may be required by other team members.
- Completion documentation
- Customer phone calls
- Courier delivery acceptance
