AR Officer (contract)

The Role:

• Initial 2-month contract
• AR Officer
• Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry
• $35-38/hour + super

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all forms of payment received from customers daily and allocate to relevant transactions
• Reconciliation of Bank statement
• Maintenance of AR files and records
• Review refund requests
• Ongoing communication, both verbal and written, with Sales Branches
• Contact customers, both written and verbal, in an effort to collect payment of overdue debts
• Maintain Accounts Receivable email addresses

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar AR position
• Experience in processing payments
• Experience in collecting payments, both verbal and written
• Experience in reconciliations
