AddressAspect Tree Management is an award winning and market-leading specialist that manages open space trees for Local Government and commercial clients throughout Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast region.
We have a position for a motivated Client Manager to oversee operations on our tree management contracts based from our depot in Ardeer.
Your role will be to coordinate staff in accordance with the contract priorities and key deliverables set by the company and clients. Ideally you will have an understanding of contract management, resource allocation, and the physical onsite aspects of tree work.

Contract Manager responsibilities
- Coordination of tree services teams to deliver well-maintained Local Government trees in accordance with contract obligations
- Liaison with clients
- Resource management across the contracts and projects
- Submission of quotes, and assistance with monthly contract report writing
- Uphold a high-standard of safety and quality across the contracts and conduct safety and quality audits
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Where required work onsite with crews to encourage, teach and foster a strong, safe working environment
About you
- Excellent practical knowledge of tree work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in tree inspections and data entry
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Experienced in following strong safety, environment and quality standards
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures
Remuneration for this role will include
- Salary, plus superannuation
- 20 days paid annual leave, 10 days paid personal leave
