Position: Architect / Graduate of ArchitectureSalary: $74,000-$85,000 plus superannuation per annum

BN Group are looking for a mid-level Architect / Graduate of Architecture for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 37.5 hours per week based in Crows Nest, NSW.

We are currently seeking a mid-level Architect or Graduate of Architecture with REVIT experience, who is self-motivated, has good construction knowledge, coordination and site experience, is able to gain client’s confidence and work productively in a team environment.

The Architect / Graduate of Architecture will be responsible for the following duties:

·         Design, documentation & delivery of new buildings and alterations in the retail, mixed-use and industrial sectors

·         Produce high quality design, documentation & presentation material

·         Successfully deliver assigned projects including liaison with consultants and client representatives

·         Undertake various projects and tasks concurrently

·         Work effectively in a team environment

·         Coordinate with other team members and external consultants

·         Site attendance and reporting

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

·         Bachelor of Architecture or higher

·         At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field
