We are seeking a draftsperson with 3 plus years’ experience in the building industry. Our ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring the client experience is awesome at every stage of the building process.
About the role:
- Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects.
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames.
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- Highly levels of accuracy & detail
- Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
About you:
- Approx. 3 years’ experience as a drafter with a home building company or design firm is desirable.
- Experience using ArchiCAD.
- Sound Structural/building knowledge.
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the volume home building industry is experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong team player
- Able to meet deadlines.
