Peri-Operative Nurse - Anaesthetics

By combining top-notch medical care with a personalized, warm, and compassionate approach, we keep our patients well-informed and supported throughout their fertility journey.Your Role:As an Anaesthetic Nurse working across both Liverpool and Gregory Hills, you will:

• Assist with sedation and/or analgesia during and after surgery.
• Be proficient in the function of all equipment related to the provision of anaesthesia.
• Provide equipment and care in the emergency situations.

Qualifications and skills we value:We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role:

• Dedicated Experience: A minimum of 2 years in anaesthetics.
• Industry Know-How: Ideally, post-grad anaesthetics.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in all equipment related to anaesthesia.
• Patient Focus: A supportive and thoughtful approach to patient care.
• Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to the above, we also require:

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• Practices in accordance with:

• Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses.
• National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards.
