Modinex is looking for a Positive, Motivated Architectural Experience Specialist.
If you are someone who can build a rapport with your clients over the phone, think on your feet, and you are a positive team player we’d love to speak with you.
The Architectural Experience Specialist role sees you connecting with Architects via incoming leads and warm outbound calls to assist our Specification consultants all over the nation in meeting with Top-tier architects.
We look to be able to understand customers’ needs and make each appointment we set a genuine, effective, qualified appointment.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sustaining existing relationships with clients & developing ongoing partnerships with businesses across Australia.
- Proactively calling architects to secure appointments for Specification Consultants
- Appointment Setting.
- Working closely with the Specification Consultant teams to provide the customer with an investment into their future projects.
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow-up tasks that come from the team and events.
- Maintain an active list of Architects.
- Organise samples and specification requests and enquiries.
