Our client offers a wide range of building products and building solutions for households, commercial, industrial, government and rural structures.
As the SA specification representative, you will be responsible for growing market share through engaging Architectural firms to build SA specifications.
Specification tracking from design to working drawings, builders’ tender stage to builder awarded, successful sub-contractor to product supply and installation. You will be in contact at all stages, dealing with architects, builder’s SA Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Promotion of products into commercial and residential building markets along with the implementation of product specific marketing initiatives to deliver growth and increased brand awareness
- Weekly appointment and project tracking reporting.
- Attend the monthly external sales meeting.
- Personally canvas your market area to develop new relationships with a view to increase your portfolio of customers and product sales.
- Develop a pipeline of new business that contributes to growth through effective identification, qualification and opening of new account prospects
- Contribute to the development of product specific sales initiatives to ensure sales volume growth
- Provide technical support and advice to support tenders and quotations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A strong ability for developing new prospects through cold calling business’s and building sites
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and rationalize a sound value proposition
- A passionate, proactive and diligent approach to meeting customers' needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively develop technical expertise in our products
- Computer and effective presentation skills
Salary: $90-110k+super+car
