Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day property management operations.
- Contribute to marketing activities to enhance property visibility.
- Conduct rental viewings, routine inspections, and ingoing/outgoing inspections.
To ensure your success, we provide ultimate support for our new Property Manager, including assistance with:
- Coordinating maintenance tasks.
- Following up on tenancy arrears.
- Trust accounting.
- Ongoing industry training to achieve your REISA CPM accreditation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Property Management Licence (preferred but not essential; on-the-job training available).
- Valid driver's license.
- High standards of customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and phone communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to tactfully handle various situations and achieve successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computing skills.
