Area Lead - Rail Stations

We are seeking an experienced Area Lead – Rail Stations for a major Global Engineering Consultancy Company working on a massive $10B+ Rail project.
This is a Perth CBD based role, 12-month contract with an attractive hourly rate on offer.You will provide design support, engineering reviews and manage construction deliverables between relevant disciplines to ensure the coordination of the construction phase design meets the project objectivesYour Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Project Design Manager in all project activities, work and deliverables
• Provide support in reviewing engineering and construction deliverables
• Support the Project Management Team in providing detailed and accurate actual vs forecast effort estimates, complete works and report
• Lead resolution of Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Requests (CRs), Non-conformance reports (NCRs) for deliverables of Stations Area.
• Provide technical engineering leadership and support
• Provide project and design management excellence.
• Stakeholder liaison

Your Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant major project experience in design and construction
• Strong Building Services knowledge/experience (Mech, Elec, Hydraulic, HVAC and/or Communications) essential
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects; meeting delivery requirements; and successfully leading project teams
• Demonstrated commercial acumen,
