About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and solutions focused Administration Lead to be a part of the Western Australian Team working across all projects. The right candidate will enjoy problem solving, analysis and have an eye for detail. You will feel comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from project and finance staff to senior management. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Administration & Office Management policies and procedures are established and maintained across all sites in accordance with IGMS.
  • Assist and train Site Administrators / Office Managers in both current and new procedures
  • Ensure project setup at mobilisation phase across all projects; Procure to Pay, Travel and Accommodation, Plant Monitoring and Archiving process
  • Provide hands on responsive functional support to business end users for Procure to Pay Systems.
  • Consult with the business to provide advocacy of appropriate process, procedure and system usage and provide solutions and processes to business issues that improve the Administration function.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing as a key stakeholder for upgrades of Procure to Pay systems, including release of new developments or fixes within both systems. 

 

As the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a high paced administration role or similar preferably within a construction environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package 
  • Experience with COINS preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
  • Ability to be highly detailed and organised
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in process improvement, data analytics and automation
  • Must have a can-do attitude, be solutions focused and have a willingness to learn
  • Commencement of finance related degree or qualification advantageous
