About the role:- This is a 50/50 office and on-road position (no work from home).
- Proactively build and expanding client relationships - providing exceptional service.
- Work to a regular call cycle, meeting and exceeding KPI’s and targets.
- Identify, close and onboard new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to accurately quote new opportunities.
- Be an effective communicator - the conduit between cleaning teams and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained.
- Interviewing potential new cleaning teams.
- Be the voice of the customer - providing essential feedback to the Managing Director to help shape the future direction of the business.
- This role will require frequent travel.

- A central office location (Yeerongpilly) with onsite free parking.
- A bonus incentive plan that recognises and rewards high performance.
- The OTE for this role is between $97K - $109K which consists of a base salary, superannuation, car allowance and bonuses.
- Experience within the same industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
