They are seeking a confident, mature, experienced and high performance focused individual to join their successful team.About the roleThe Area Manager is a key position in operational and client management within the company. Based in Alexandria, however you will be spending 50% of your on-site with key clients and potential new clients, management of staff, HR responsibilities and other duties.Key Responsibilities for the role

• Manage all operations, processes and systems including night shifts and monitoring
• HR, QA and management on OH & S duties
• Responsible for ensuring all client contracts are managed to the highest level
• Developing strong working relationships with clients

Skills & experience

• Proven experience at an Area Manager level preferably in cleaning / facilities
• Ability to develop, lead and motivate high performing teams
• Proven experience identifying and pro-actively developing client markets both new and existing
• Strong financial, operations and business management skills
