Based in Alexandria, however you will be spending 50% of your on-site with key clients and potential new clients, management of staff, HR responsibilities and other duties.Key Responsibilities for the role
- Manage all operations, processes and systems including night shifts and monitoring
- HR, QA and management on OH & S duties
- Responsible for ensuring all client contracts are managed to the highest level
- Developing strong working relationships with clients
- Proven experience at an Area Manager level preferably in cleaning / facilities
- Ability to develop, lead and motivate high performing teams
- Proven experience identifying and pro-actively developing client markets both new and existing
- Strong financial, operations and business management skills
- Competitive salary $90K - $110K + Super
