About the Role
• Consult with patients to obtain correct details for completion of admissions and record information accurately into the hospital information systems. 
• Provide a customer focused support service by undertaking the designated administrative and processing duties on a day to day basis, working autonomously; comply to a 7-day, 24-hour roster.
• Remain accessible to customers and use strong communication skills to understand customer's needs and deliver an organised service that meets their expectations.
• Provide a quality client service including liaising with staff, public and private patients, carers and external agencies as required, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality to ensure patient and staff privacy.
