Opportunity:
We are actively looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager in our expanding Cleaning Management department. This role is essential in overseeing and enhancing our Cleaning Division, which specialises in Cleaning Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and mentor the operations team in their daily and monthly tasks, combining humility with efficiency and professionalism.
- Work closely with our executive team, including the Associate Director and specialists in compliance, HR, IT, and Accounts.
- Forge and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
Who We are Looking For:
- A confident, reliable, and efficient leader with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing diverse facilities management divisions, including cleaning, maintenance, and grounds keeping.
- Ability to travel as needed, with Yennora as the base location.
- Essential: Extensive experience commercial cleaning, facilities & operations management.
