In this role, you'll:
You will have a large team of up to 45 direct reports spanning from Medlow Bath up to Lithgow. You will manage resources within your area, liaising with internal and external stakeholders daily, such as community people, customers, and the rostering team. The rostering team will support you and build the rosters for your team based on information you supply.

About you
You will have prior experience as a people leader from a complex customer centric environment, being able to manage all the daily activities which come with having a large team spread across a large geographical area. You will be able to demonstrate experience of running customer focussed operations, ensuring successful service delivery.
This is a shift worker role, with potential shifts between 5am and 8pm, 7 days per week. You will travel a lot in this position, going between the offices within the geographical area you are responsible for, making sure to see and support your team.
