Key Responsibilities:
- Approve tenant applications in collaboration with landlords
- Manage arrears beyond 10 days
- Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and minor renovations
- Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings
- Handle bond and insurance claims
- Oversee a Leasing Consultant
- NO accounts
- Essential: Current certificate of registration or Class 2 License
- Minimum 1-4 years of relevant Property Management experience
- Access to personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Solid communication skills & nice presentation
- Ideally proficient in Property Me Or Property Tree
