About the Role:
This is a Field-based Sales & Account Management role, in which you’ll be regularly visiting & calling on the Pharmacy accounts in your territory - Gold Coast & some Northern NSW (Ballina, Byron etc.) on a 4-week cycle. Reporting into the National Field Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales in your territory in line with monthly, quarterly, annual targets
- Provide high-quality B2B sales & service to (mainly) pharmacies
- Build solid, long-term relationships with your accounts
- Territory planning & management
- Provide product training for your clients’ staff, where needed
- Make sure your products are well-merchandised in store
- Occasional participation at interstate industry trade fairs & events
- Work as a team with your fellow QLD colleague to develop plans & drive performance for the total state
About You:
- Based in Gold Coast QLD area and happy to travel regularly around Gold Coast & Northern NSW area
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and a self-starter!
- You’ve worked in Field Sales before (preferred) & love it! Or, you may have worked on a counter/enjoy working with customers & are keen to build a career in Field Sales/Account Management
- May have worked as a multi-site manager in hair/beauty & wanting to expand into an Area Manager position
- Excellent organisational skills, managing several tasks/projects at a time - successfully
- A genuine and natural communicator: great selling, planning, & interpersonal/influencing skills
- Exceptional customer focus
- Proactive, can-do attitude; team player & solid work ethic
- A track record of meeting sales targets
- Intermediate computer skills
