About RecycleSmart:
RecycleSmart is an innovative waste management service company that strives to revolutionize the waste management industry for both individuals and councils. About your responsibilities:
Pickups
- Perform pickups as needed, both residential and business, utilizing your own vehicle.
Consolidation point coordination
-Bale and consolidate soft plastic and monitor levels.
- Create and maintain a system where all items are stored safely and efficiently
- Liaise with partner recyclers to coordinate collections / drop offs.
Route Planning and Optimization
- Create daily routes for pickup operations, typically around 4 pm each day.
- Ensure drivers' daily earnings are accurately recorded and processed.
- Optimize pickup schedules for the upcoming weeks to maximize efficiency.
Driver Support
- Provide support and guidance to drivers through group chat communication channels.
- Address any operational issues or concerns promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Hiring and Onboarding
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new drivers.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new drivers
About you:
As well as having amazing customer service skills and a Can-Do, flexible attitude, you will have:
• live in or around Perth
• Strong environmentally driven mindset
• Unrestricted australian driver's license
• Working rights in Australia
• Your own vehicle
• The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets and suburban roads
• Willing to learn from the daily challenges every start up brings to the table
• The ability and strength to move heavy boxes at the consolidation point
