The Role
An exceptional opportunity has been created as an Area Manager to lead, inspire & motivate under 10 stores in Victoria. Reporting to the GM Retail Operations, the successful candidate will manage effectively a group of stores which are the perfect mix of retail & hospitality, the ideal candidate must be an inspirational & motivational leader, and have a true passion for people. Your business acumen allows you to look at your businesses, understand the areas of opportunity, and set a strategy to improve performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store teams and the effective delivery of all stores and people management responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful running of stores and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets

- A minimum 2-3 years Area Management experience in retail
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound business acumen - able to analyse a P&L and manage costs
