As the Area Sales Manager Renewable Energy Applications, you are responsible for promoting sales of the full MR product spectrum to customers of the Renewable Energy Sector and EPCs in his / her designated regions, paying particular attention to strategic guidelines and business sustainability
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of Reinhausen's business strategy with customers and stakeholders of the Renewable Energy sector for the region Australia, New-Zealand and Pacific-Islands
- Identification and development of market opportunities in the Renewable Energy and EPC sector.
- Analysis of market developments (wind, solar PV, BESS,…) and development of future scenarios.
- Active participation at events, exhibitions and conferences as well as in technical working groups and committees.
- Develop new market opportunities and maintain excellent business relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product presentations of the company’s entire product range, prepare market analysis for the assigned countries
- Secure offer preparation (commercial and technical accuracy) and offer follow-up
- Prepare Forecast and Budget sale report quarterly and annually.
Your profile
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or 10 years experience in the transformer industry.
- Very good understanding and knowledge about wind and solar parks and their grid connection
- More than 5 years experience in the Renewable Energy sector in AUS/NZ
- Self-starter, motivated, strong drive to achieve sales targets, knows how to work effectively with customers, agents and co-workers
- Good numeral understanding, accuracy & integrity
- Ability to work independently, flexible and in tight deadlines in the office as well as on site
- Passion about growing a small sales organization and enjoying the team-spirit of an international team
- Willingness to travel frequently locally & overseas
- Strong presentation skills
