Having grown over 25% in the last 2 years their products are being well recieved, backed up by their excellent service team.With exciting new products hitting the Australian market for the first time, a new position, Sales’ Performance and Training Manager has been created. We are looking for a driven, experienced and dynamic individual who can take their sales’ team’s performance to new heights.Based in their Sydney office, you will be the driving force; responsible for building, mentoring, training and motivating our NSW, VIC, QLD and WA based sales’ teams using your company aligned sales and performance excellence, leading by example.An ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff alike, is imperative.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for
- Setting an example and the expectations of sales’ performance
- Facilitating staff training and development to ensure staff performance meets company standards of excellence.
- Implementing procedures that have been introduced and pre-approved by management; in relation to process, particularly focusing on sales
- Ensuring higher efficiency, better service and thus improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Managing and reporting on weekly and monthly performance
- Developing and nurturing relationships with current clients to better understand and fulfill their needs
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence; credibly and effectively
- Proven ability to complete the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent training and coaching skills
- Effective time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong customer service focus
Base salary $130,000.00 + Super
Quarterly bonus based on performance and results
