Job description:
What you will do
The Area Services Manager (ASM) is responsible for retail services performance in a designated region, both captive and non-captive to better support parts and services growth targets.
• Support implementation of the aftersales strategy with captive and non-captive retail operations
• Provide support and direction to the retail network in relevant areas.
• Encourage and promote a result/customer oriented mindset and work closely and in good spirit with retail and national teams
• Coach and follow up assigned dealer and workshop service organisation in relation to Dealer Performance
• Monitor branch performance KPI's and develop strategies together with region and business control
Who you are
To be successful as an Area Services Manager within our organisation, you will have experience within a B2B environment ideally within the Heavy commercial or automotive industries.
