Our Sales & Service Assistants play a very important role in ensuring our students live their best life in our state-of-the-art purpose-built student housing. Located in Perth, Western Australia and is home to 573 students.

Here is a snapshot of what you will do:
- Ensure our students live their best life, so that we exceed their expectations and they re-book and/or refer us
- Be involved in sales and marketing activities in order to ensure our spaces are full
- Cover the front desk and help students with enquiries and provide an effective first response to queries, complaints, issues and incidents (e.g. power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations etc.), resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary
- Ensure that the safety and welfare of all our students is always maintained
- Help out with monthly events in line with our student calendars
- Help out with the look and feel of the building by reporting any issues and cleaning up if needed
