Holy Cross Services (HCS) is currently seeking an experienced Area Services Supervisor – External sites (Cleaning) to join our Leadership team as we embark on a transformational journey to drive growth and efficiency of our Cleaning Services and customer experience with current and new clients. The position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis and is located at Holy Cross Cleaning Services Office, located in South Brisbane.
Due to Holy Cross’s status as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), we are able to offer Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 to all employees with Smart Salary, increasing your take-home pay.

About The Role
- Manage multiple sites and deliver services in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain an effective operational team across various sites across Brisbane.
- Manage cleaning staff, including rostering.
- Assist Operations Manger with prospective tender walk through and new client onboarding.
- Manage and review operational systems, processes and polices to support business objectives.
- Foster Management behaviours and decision-making capability that results in growth of the service and improved client/employee experiences.
- Build strong working relationships with internal/external clients.
- Promote and ensure compliance with all Work Health and Safety regulations, including infection control principles.
- Actively promote open and positive communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the cleaning industry.
- Experience in management of multiple sites in a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to multitask.
- Must be flexible to work afternoons/nights when operationally required.
- Own transport
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Role requires NDIS Worker Screening Care and Blue Card.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills and is able to handle changing priorities.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively within a busy, fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Knows how to get the best of their team and can create a positive team working environment and help employees reach their individual potential.
- Great communication skills able to effectively build strong working relationships at all levels.
