The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Full Time Cleaning Supervisor at Australia Post Arundel. The roster for this position is Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:06

Role Requirements:
Supervising a cleaning team
Supporting the Cleaning Manager on staff related matters
Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.
Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences;
Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc;
Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements
Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries
To be considered for the position you must have the following:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
Previous experience supervising a team
Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications;
Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.
Consistent attention to detail.
