About the Role
To be successful in this role, please ensure you have addressed the following essential selection criteria:
- Trade qualified with QBCC Licence in Builder - Low Rise or Builder restricted to kitchen, bathroom & laundry.
- Demonstrated experience in residential property maintenance services.
- Facilities, asset, project management experience.
- Ability to implement and maintain schedules in conjunction with our contractual requirements.
- Develop, motivate and lead your team across numerous and various sites.
- Set timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our contractual requirements.
- Conduct analysis of your teams' output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of your area.
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have the capability to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner.
- Mentor and coach staff with different skill and ability levels including apprentices and trainees.
- Strong knowledge and application of Microsoft Office suite
- Fortnightly or monthly RDO options
