- Conceptual & Creative Lead / Graphic Design - A significant portion of this role will be dedicated to the output of your own design tasks, taking the creative lead on campaigns and providing art direction for your team.
- Effective team management: ensuring both team members are producing high quality work, feel supported, continue to grow and maintain a healthy work life balance. This involves weekly check ins and quarterly development reviews.
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and projects to appropriate team members based on their skills, availability, and workload capacity.
- Project Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and that there is a clear understanding of project timelines.
- Workflow Management: Develop and enforce workflows and processes to streamline project progression from initiation to completion.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact between different teams, departments, and your designers to ensure that information flows smoothly and that everyone is informed of project status.
- Prioritisation: Assess project priorities and allocate resources accordingly to meet critical deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays in project execution and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines and that all necessary approvals are completed before delivery to stakeholders.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and any changes or updates.

Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar
- Minimum 10 years experience within the design industry and 3 years experience in a similar role.
