About the Opportunity- Manage bookings and preparation of quotes for customers
- Manage customer inquiries in a professional & confident manner face-to-face, over the phone, via email and online
- Attend internal & external inquiries
- Assist with ordering parts and office supplies
- Complete clerical duties and other ad-hoc duties as requested
About You- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- A valid driver's licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
