AddressMilawa Co & Family are looking to expand our team and we are looking for an experienced Artisan Sourdough Baker.
We are a small family owned & operated business located in Milawa, North East Victoria as well as Harris Farm in Albury NSW. You will be required to work at both of those locations if required.
We are looking for a passionate Baker who values quality, consistency and has great communication.
Our mission at Milawa Bread is to deliver delicious and exceptional bread, pastries and coffee to our local community every day of the week. The position requires a person that is passionate about baking and creating an exquisite product. Join our team of bakers and pastry chefs in producing hand crafted artisan breads, pastries and sweet treats. Experience in milling flour would be an advantage for the position
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Available to work weekends
This is a full-time hands on role. Salary will be discussed at the interview and will be based on your experience and expertise.
